1. Reach out to us to schedule your day for your team.

2. We will get you on our calendar and prepare marketing material for your team and parents.

3. We will arrive 45 minutes to an hour before the start of the photoshoot to set up.

4. Each athlete will be photographed, and the teams and parents can pre-register for the team gallery.

5. Once all images are processed, we will create a private gallery for your team.

6. Messages will go out to all of the families that have pre-registered for the team gallery.

7. Parents can place their order on the website, which will be shipped directly to the parents.

8. Coaches only need to organize the session date, then we handle the rest and coaches do not need to worry about orders or delivery of images to athletes.
