Where will we stay during the event?: We will stay in shared accommodations - an Airbnb or Vrbo - with the other
OneCollective photographers and reps/parents.
Can we extend our stay before or after the event?: Yes—and we absolutely encourage you to explore more while you're there! Whether you start your journey in the heart of Downtown Vancouver—buzzing with culture, waterfront views, and cozy cafés—or head straight into the mountains or coastline for peaceful escapes and natural beauty, there’s no wrong way to experience this incredible city. 🍁🌇

Want to go at your own pace? We’re happy to recommend trusted bike, car, or transit options 🚗🚲 if you’d like to create your own adventure through scenic parks, seaside trails, historic neighborhoods, and iconic landmarks.

Prefer to settle in one spot? Base yourself in a central location—like Gastown, Kitsilano, or North Vancouver—and take easy day trips to places like Capilano Suspension Bridge 🌲, Grouse Mountain 🏔️, or the beaches of English Bay and Jericho.

No matter how you choose to explore, you’ll be surrounded by Vancouver’s rich cultural blend, breathtaking views, and that signature Pacific Northwest vibe that’s both calming and inspiring. ✨🌦️

Can I bring additional family members?: Reps under 18 need a parent or guardian to participate with them, which is included in
the registration fee.

Reps over 18 can attend by themselves, though we encourage them to have a
responsible friend or relative attend with them.

If a family wants to add additional members other than the rep and one parent,
additional members can attend for an additional cost.
What if I don't have the exact clothing items for the style concepts?: We start with what you already have and build from there. The style guide offers
inspiration, but we'll work with you to create looks that fit your personality while
matching the creative direction.
What is the typical weather during this time?: ☁️ Typical Weather in Vancouver, BC in June:

🌡️ Daytime Highs: 18°C to 22°C (64°F to 72°F) – mild and pleasant

🌙 Evening Lows: 11°C to 14°C (52°F to 57°F) – bring a cozy layer!
