01. Reserve Your Date
Choose the sport, season, and preferred date.
02. Plan the Experience
We finalize the athlete list, schedule, uniforms, props, creative direction, banners, and ordering process.
03. Media Day
I arrive prepared, set up the lighting and backgrounds, and guide each athlete efficiently through the session.
04. Delivery
Families receive their orders, and the school receives the agreed-upon team images and banners.

FAQs:
How far in advance should we book?
Reserve before the season whenever possible. Fall, winter, and spring media-day dates are limited.
How much space do you need?
An 8-by-8-foot area is the minimum, with 10-by-10 feet or larger preferred. Gyms, stages, empty classrooms, and commons areas usually work well.
How do families order?
We do prepayment for Media Session. If parents wish to purchase additional printed products, they may do so through our online store.
We will send that info out directly to the parents after we process the media session.
Can you photograph cheer, dance, or band?
Yes. Media-day services are available for sports, cheer, dance, band, and other student activities.
